After your initial session, you may book follow-up sessions and continue to receive support and energy healing to enhance your healing journey. During a follow-up session, we will examine your healing goals from your previous healing session. You will refine your healing goals, with my assistance. These healing goals may be anything physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual.

After refining your healing goals, you then lie down comfortably, and receive energy healing. Using a variety of energy techniques, including Reiki and Healing Touch, I will work to clear, balance and energize your energy system in an effort to promote healing on all levels, in the context of your healing goals.

After the energy treatment is complete, I will provide you with a full energy assessment, including information about your energy centers, as well as a personalized growth plan to support your healing journey for your on-going self-care.
