Your Distance Healing Session involves a confidential consultation over the phone for clients in Canada and on Zoom for international clients. During the consultation, you choose your healing goals with my assistance. These healing goals may be anything physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual.

After creating your healing goals, you then lie down comfortably, and receive distance energy healing. Using a variety of energy techniques, including Reiki and Healing Touch, I will work to clear, balance and energize your energy system in an effort to promote healing on all levels, and also in the context of your healing goals.

After the energy treatment is complete, I will provide you with a full energy assessment, including information about your energy centers, as well as a personalized growth plan to support your healing journey for your on-going self-care.

After Distance Healing Sessions, clients frequently report deep feelings of peace and relaxation.
