Restorative Yoga is a style of yoga in which the participants lie down on their yoga mats in comfortable stillness the entire class. The gentle supportive poses change up about every 10 or 15 minutes. In our Restorative Yoga class, participants will receive Reiki while relaxing in Restorative Yoga Poses. Therefore, Restorative Yoga with Reiki is a class that combines two powerful healing modalities, yoga and Reiki, for a deeply relaxing and nourishing experience. *Beginner Friendly/Pre-Natal Friendly

Cancellation Policy - Tuition will be fully refunded, minus credit card processing fees, for cancellations received more than two weeks before the class start date. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the class start date are subject to a $50 administrative fee, plus credit card processing fees and cost of materials. Classes cancelled less than 24-hours before the class start date will not be refunded, but the full fee may be transferred to the next date for that same course.
