Join us for a deeply nurturing evening that weaves together the grounding power of rhythm, the gentle stillness of Restorative yoga, and the high-frequency support of Reiki energy healing.

We’ll begin with a soundscape—bring your drums and rattles as we move energy through vibration and rhythm, creating space for release and realignment. Drums and shakers will also be available if you don’t have your own.

Then, settle into a Restorative yoga practice guided by Sarah, while both Sarah and Anne-Marie offer hands-on Usui and Ascension Reiki as they move gently throughout the space.

Restorative yoga supports the body in passive, fully supported poses, encouraging the nervous system to unwind and the body to open gently and naturally. It’s a beautiful way to release tension, improve circulation, and calm the mind.

Reiki helps to balance the energy system, reduce stress, and promote emotional and physical well-being. With both Usui and Ascension Reiki being offered, you’ll receive deeply personalized, high-frequency healing energy tailored to your unique needs.
